The RACOM Partner Conference takes place across two exceptional historic venues
about 30 minutes north of Prague.
The main conference sessions will be held at Lobkowicz Chateau in Mělník,
overlooking the confluence of the Czech Republic’s two largest rivers.
Most participants will stay at Chateau Liblice, where informal networking,
the evening programme, and second-day workshops will take place.
Conference
This beautifully restored Baroque chateau, reserved exclusively for our event, is operated by the Czech Academy of Sciences and ranks among the country’s most prestigious conference venues.
Designed by renowned Italian architect Giovanni Battista Alliprandi, the chateau is one of the finest examples of high Baroque architecture in Bohemia. Today, it offers a unique combination of elegant castle accommodation, modern conference facilities, landscaped Baroque gardens, and fine Czech cuisine focused on regional ingredients.
Carefully reconstructed and now offering 53 rooms in a peaceful setting, the chateau creates an ideal environment for conferences, networking, informal discussions, and a relaxed evening programme.
Set high above the confluence of the Vltava and Elbe rivers, the historic town of Mělník has been an important cultural and strategic location for centuries. Overlooking the vineyards and river valley, Lobkowicz Chateau reflects more than a thousand years of architectural development — from a medieval royal castle to today’s Renaissance and Baroque residence.
The chateau once served as a residence for Bohemian queens and princesses and later became part of the estates of the noble Lobkowicz family, who continue to own it today. It is also closely connected to the region’s winemaking tradition, with vineyards cultivated here since medieval times and extensive historic wine cellars located beneath the castle complex.
Count Lobkowitz, the current owner of the castle, has tentatively agreed to personally welcome the conference participants. You will thus have the exclusive opportunity to meet a descendant of one of the oldest noble families in Bohemia.

Chateau Liblice — Historic Castle Rooms
Experience the very same rooms Counts from Pachtov lived in. Stay directly in the beautifully restored Château Liblice, a Baroque residence surrounded by serene gardens. These rooms offer the most immersive experience, just steps away from the main sessions, dining, and networking.
Due to the limited number of castle rooms, availability is very limited.
Chateau Liblice Dependance — Modern Rooms in Historic Buildings
Located within the château complex, the dependance offers modern, comfortable rooms in a quiet setting, just a few steps from the main building. It’s an ideal choice for those who appreciate contemporary accommodation while staying close to networking activities.
Hotel U Zámku — Historic Mělník Center
Hotel U Zámku is located in the historic center of the charming town of Mělník, right next to the castle. It offers cozy apartments, each with its own unique atmosphere. You’ll be staying just a few minutes’ walk from local landmarks, cafés, and picturesque views of the confluence of the Elbe and Vltava rivers. This option is particularly suitable for participants travelling with family.
