3. Accommodation

As room capacity is limited, participants from the same company are kindly encouraged to share a room, particularly at Chateau Liblice.

Most apartments at Hotel U Zámku offer more than two beds (+ kitchen), making them an ideal choice for families or groups travelling together. Please specify your preferred apartment in the “Special request” section below.

The Olympionik Hotel is recommended for participants who prefer single-room accommodation.

Twin beds are available in most rooms unless a double bed is specifically requested.

Accommodation is included for two nights, from September 29th to October 1st.

4. Czechia Experience Program

Conference participants are invited to join an optional programme including:

Guided social program in Mělník (Chateau Tour, Ossuary, Underground passages…)
Wine tasting in the Lobkowicz Chateau cellars
Gala dinner at Chateau Liblice

We kindly ask for modest contribution to cover part of the costs of this program.

5. Airport/Training Transfer

Shared round-trip airport/training transfer between Prague Airport and the conference venues is available. It will be coordinated based on participants’ flight times. Detailed information will be provided prior to the event.
