Travel

The RACOM Partner Conference takes place in Central Bohemia, Czech Republic,
approximately 35 km north of Prague.

Participants from around the world can easily reach the venue via Václav Havel Airport Prague,
followed by a short transfer to the conference locations in Mělník and Chateau Liblice.

To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, organised transfers will be provided between the venues.
Our team will also be happy to assist with travel arrangements and guidance if needed.

How to Get There

By Plane

Fly to Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG), which is well connected to major European hubs and offers direct flights from destinations such as Dubai, New York and some others oversea big cities.

A round-trip airport transfer will be provided by the conference team, coordinated based on participants’ flight times. Detailed information and shuttle schedules will be provided prior to the event. If you’re interested, don’t forget to book it in the registration form.

Alternatively, taxis, ride-hailing services (Uber, Bolt), and car rental options are readily available at the airport. The journey to Liblice or Mělník takes approximately 35 minutes.

If you plan to depart immediately after the official programme, please note that it is expected to end between 15:00 and 16:00, allowing for arrival at the airport around 17:00.

If you require an invitation letter for visa purposes, don’t forget to ask for it in the registration form and fill in required details.

By Car

If travelling by car, use your navigation system and enter the address of your accommodation:

Chateau Liblice – Liblice 61, 50°18’43.3″N 14°35’11.3″E

Hotel U Zámku – Svatováclavská 24/6, Mělník, 50°21’04.5″N 14°28’26.6″E

By Public Transport

Public transport is theoretically possible, but not the most convenient option, as there is no direct connection to Liblice or Mělník from Prague. A combination of Prague public transport, train, and bus is required.

We recommend this option only for those familiar with local transport or seeking a more adventurous journey.
