Program
The RACOM Partner Conference combines
strategic insight, real-world experience and practical technical workshops.

Over two days, participants will explore the evolving landscape of security, regulation and operational resilience in critical communication networks, while also learning how to implement secure-by-design architectures using RACOM technologies.
The program brings together industry experts, infrastructure operators, system integrators and RACOM engineers to share knowledge, discuss real deployments and exchange experience.
Day 1
Conference

The first day focuses on the strategic and operational challenges facing critical communication networks.
Through keynote presentations, expert discussions and real-world case studies, participants will explore how new regulations, cybersecurity threats and operational realities are shaping the design and deployment of communication infrastructure.
Industry experts will provide a global regulatory outlook, explaining how new frameworks such as cybersecurity legislation and critical infrastructure protection policies are affecting communication networks across Europe and other continents.
Then you will experience RACOM company and technology update. We will introduce NetSpider, a brand-new application for managing networks based on RipEX radiomodems and M!DGE cellular routers. Participants will also be introduced to M!DGE for 5G networks and new scripting capabilities for both RipEX and M!DGE. Finally, the session will include an overview of WaSP, RACOM’s latest software-defined radio platform designed for communication in the defence sector.
A panel discussion will bring together perspectives from engineering, operations and regulation, exploring how legal requirements translate into real-world network design and operational practices.
In the afternoon, the focus shifts to operational security and resilience. Participants will examine real disruption cases affecting wireless and SCADA systems and learn from incidents impacting utilities, transportation and other critical sectors.
The day concludes with a white-hat cybersecurity session, demonstrating how attackers approach critical communication systems and which vulnerabilities are most commonly exploited.
Day 2
Workshops

The second day moves from strategy to practical implementation.
Participants will take part in guided technical workshops focused on secure-by-design deployment of critical communication networks. These sessions provide direct interaction with RACOM engineers and product specialists.
The morning begins with resilience scenario discussions, where participants examine documented incident cases and evaluate how their own organisations would respond to similar situations. These structured discussions allow companies to compare theoretical approaches with real operational decision-making.
Following this, RACOM engineers will present a security architecture blueprint for critical communication networks, introducing practical design patterns for segmentation, redundancy, update management and long-term resilience.
The core of the day consists of hands-on technical and business workshops, where participants can explore implementation and sales practices for specific RACOM technologies.
The final program with confirmed speakers and session schedule will be published soon.
Register early to secure your place and gain access to both conference sessions and hands-on workshops.
Specialised Training Available
We offer specialised product training sessions designed to complement your conference experience. Held either before or after the main event, these sessions focus on our key product lines—including RipEX, M!DGE, RAy, and WaSP—and are led by our experienced technical support experts. The training is highly hands-on, giving you direct access to the equipment, practical configuration scenarios, and real-world use cases. Such training is not organised every year, we recommending taking advantage of it.
Participants will also have the opportunity to visit our production facilities, gaining unique insight into how our products are designed, manufactured, and tested.
Please let us know your requirements in the registration form.
Note that RACOM HQ and production facilities are about 3h away from the conference venue by a car. Option to choose training organised at the same venue as the conference is available.
